I was out 2 weeks ago wearing my Daylight and one of the chrono buttons fell off!!!!! I looked every were and could not find it :(
After lots of research the only way to get a button was to send it back to panerai and they only do it with a service and and a long list of things they can fix!!!!!!
Has any one had direct dealings with Panerai cost etc

Damn that seriously sucks...

This is pretty common where the manufacturer will not just do a simple repair of something without bundling a bunch of other repairs especially if the watch needs servicing, etc. Only option is to suck it up and pay or go to an authorized repair place that is willing to just do a partial repair/fix.

I believe Panerai will not supply parts to any one else........
