I'm thinking of creating my own Paneristi t-shirt. Is there any patent on that? I don't want to get sued. :P

btw, where does Paneristi come from? Who made this up?

Not sure that there's a patent on the name...however it derives from the italian term for Ferrari 'fanatics' ferraristi

Without doubt Guy Verbist or one of the other stalwarts on Paneristi.com can confirm...I seem to remember him being quoted in an article referring to the 'paneristi'

Back to the patent, I'm not sure you can in fact patent a name used generically like this...somehow I feel sure a patent lawyer will be posting here soon!!

Frankly if you're making a 'personal' t-shirt without actually going into business with it, I can't see anyone batting an eyelid 8-)

And put me down for 10...
